Informatie verstrekken en bewust worden van patronen, zicht krijgen op eigen regie \/ kracht \/ keuzes die je hebt. Dan de slag gaan maken naar &#8216;het doen&#8217;. Dat laatste klinkt gemakkelijker dan het is. Loskomen van oude gewoonten \/ patronen is lastig, je hebt ze niet zomaar ontwikkeld. Maar vaker dan soms staan ze ontwikkeling in de weg.
